God blessed us with the blind appraiser that we were praying for - he found NOTHING wrong with the house!!! Not the missing shingles, crack in the furnace, broken window seals - nothing! So, beings as there are no conditions, we close on Tuesday the 23rd and take possession on Thursday the 25th. We probably won't be able to move until the following weekend, but at least I can get in there and start cleaning. God is good!
